Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction: These terms and conditions outline the agreement between Visionworks for life Coaches and the Client for coaching services. By booking a session, the Client agrees to abide by these terms.

2. Services Offered: Coaching sessions as described on our website, including individual, couple or group coaching are agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Payments:

3.1 All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

3.2 Payments are due in full at the time of booking.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations: At Visionworksforlife, we value your commitment and our time. Please note that missed prepaid sessions cannot be rescheduled free of charge. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients.

4.1 Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule a session.

4.2 Sessions missed without notice or with insufficient notice non-refundable.

5. Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed sessions or for sessions cancelled without appropriate notice. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability: Visionworksforlife coaches are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of these coaching services.

8. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary.
