Data Collected When You Create a User Account With Us
When you create a user account on this website, you provide us with your name and contact details, including your email address.
Primarily we ask for this data in order to fulfil your order and to send you occasional emails highlighting product offers or sharing some educational material about probiotics and their application. This data is kept secure on our secure web server – it is not held locally on our office network to ensure confidentiality and security.

Data Collected When a Customer Makes a Website Purchase But Does Not Create A User Account
In this instance, the only reason for collecting and retaining data is to ensure we can deliver and, where necessary, track your order. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
