Timetable:
Tuesday 16th March: Registration is from 8:15 to 9:15
Days 2-5:
07:00 – 08:00: Yoga (optional, free)
09:30 – 12:30: Morning workshop
12:30 – 16:30: Free time and therapy sessions*
16:30 – 19:00: Evening workshop
Saturday 30th March: ending by 5pm.
Optional Body Therapy Sessions by an experienced team since 2017*

About the Eden Roc Resort & Spa****
The 4 star hotel is beautifully situated in a unique and quiet peninsula, right on the sea with gardens, pools and a private cove. Only 1 km from Sant Feliu de Guixols town, with beaches, coves and scenic hiking trails.
The Suites and Superior Double Rooms all have terraces with sea views, please enquire with the hotel directly for which rooms are best suited to your needs.

****Important!!!!**** As a requirement of the event, all participants are politely requested to stay at Eden Roc Hotel for the duration of the seminar. Your stay is subject to an extra charge of €30 per person per day for 16th- 20th March only. This price covers our private seminar room spaces and facilities regardless of group size. Without this, our seminar ticket price would have to increase by more than €30 per person per day!
*PLEASE NOTE THEREFORE: booking via booking.com or other platforms and staying in external accomodation does not necessarily cover your attendance to the event and the hotel may charge you extra.
