Do you sometimes feel battered by life? Have you experienced great loss or disappointment and wanted to withdraw into yourself? When we withdraw, we lose contact and joy, and we are weakened, maybe even depressed. Our confidence to succeed, to receive love and enjoy life greatly decreases.

In this workshop we will explore our blocks to engaging fully with life and find ways to reconnect with others – past and present. Our bonding and connection give us wings beneath our feet, building the confidence and willingness we need to head towards loving life in all aspects once again. When we change, then life will change. Taking that step in consciousness will allow life to unfold; it is an invitation to the next level of happiness and success, the precious gift that we desire for ourselves and our loved ones.
