Your life is the dearest thing you have, and the most important. What stops you from loving life and celebrating it every day?
In order to live life to the full, we need to harness the power of our minds to that goal. During this seminar we will discover whether our minds are working for us in the best possible way. If we don’t focus on that, then our minds can get up to all kinds of mischief, and lead us down dark and destructive routes.

The power of the group supports our courage to change unhelpful habits of thought and behaviour. Through teaching, process and group work, we will bring to light and transform the traps that keep us from joy and celebration, every day.
