Online event with Sue and Jeff Allen

There is increasing awareness about this topic now, as the understanding of intergenerational trauma and its breadth grows. It starts with the conscious mind and goes all the way through the layers of our mind to our collective unconscious. It embraces family and ancestral issues, as well as wider cultural and historical ones.

However its very connectedness makes healing such issues powerful and transformative, because we will be able to reach the roots of deep traumas and bring about profound change in our lives. Each intergenerational trauma offers us windows into personal healing that in turn affect the whole – the web is connected at many points.

In the expert and compassionate company of trainers Jeff and Sue Allen, and with the help of the group, we will explore the wide topic of generational trauma and reap the benefits of our courage.
