And now for something completely different . . .
Last week I spent 5 days in a magnificent house in Wales called Buckland Hall. Many of you who live in the UK may have heard of it or even had the good luck to have visited it.
The venue is a very big house with a completely vegetarian outlook not allowing eggs meat or fish on the premises. That was not why I was there but it was part of it. Basically during the five days we embraced a number of healing practices including fasting or juicing, body work, colonics and our tried and test POV healing methods.
The day started with a de-tox tea then Kriya breathing for 30 minutes followed by a juiced liver flush. This was followed by one hour thirty minutes of process work with me, followed by a vegetable juice. The rest of the day was taken up by trips to the various therapists or the use of various machines that did all kinds of alarming but healing things. The day was punctuated by more juices and finally at 7pm we had an hour with Kitty Campion who gave brilliant lectures on diet and disease and herbal healing which was beyond fascination. This was followed by a further one and a half hours with me and then a hot potassium broth and bed.
What was totally fascinating for me was how powerful the experience was for our small group of 12 in total. We all took part in everything and the reports and feedback were amazing even from a couple of long term POVers. The physical therapies and the fasting meshed superbly with the psychological/spiritual work and we all enjoyed a great week of friendship, sharing and bliss.
I will certainly be involved in future events along these lines as I think it has opened a whole new way of working which is profound and fun with a large range of positives.
Maybe this month is about our willingness to open to new ways of working and new ways of being, so go for it, because what we did in Wales was far greater than the sum of all the parts!
Love, Jeff
