Brave New World
I spend so much time in workshops telling others to take their next step that I often have to remember to take my own. At the beginning of this year I was faced with a question about what would I do with the program I wrote for my mastery level qualification for being a level 4 teacher of Psychology of Vision.
The program, Steps to Leadership was written in 2002. It had taken me 3 years to write and had been representative of my learning of my self-development within the model of Psychology of Vision however maybe now was the time to let it go and move on. However the program would not be let go of me and after some discussion with Susie we decided to reinvest into the program and come out with the fourth version. New videos, new material in the Facilitators manual and new models in the student manual
It is certainly not representative of all the work of Psychology of Vision but gives people a great foundation and many tools to help people live the lives they wish for. So my next step has almost become complete as we launch the new version next week and as all steps it feels scary. It has taken a significant investment in time and money and there are no guarantees about its future but it feels good to have done it. Fear, doubt and a cross bookkeeper but still it feels good.
We live in a time of taking frequent and big steps so may yours be easy and graceful.
Love
Jeff
